Crystal Candy specializes in handmade products, including but not limited to [handamde gifts out of crystals e.g., jewelry, home décor, etc, witchy supplies and Crystals. All handcrafted products are made with love, care, attention to detail and every item is unique.

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and inventory, but in rare cases, products may become out of stock after an order is placed.
• Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
  
• Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping to everywhere in the UK Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Most orders are handmade to order, typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after payment is received. (may be longer or quicker)
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
• Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• As all products are handmade and unique, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• We do accept exchanges if your unhappy with what you receive or the wrong product was shipped to you. please contact us if you have any issues.

5. Custom Orders

• We offer custom orders, and all custom requests must be discussed before placing an order.
• Custom orders may require additional time for processing and may be subject to a price adjustment based on the complexity of the request.
• 50% of the payment is due once and order is placed and the other 50% once its been made and your happy with your design.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once order has has been placed.

• All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Crystal Candy  and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our products or content is prohibited.
